Apart from the e-shop, is it possible to purchase through other channels?
At the present time, the e-shop is the only purchase channel, try it! It is not only very simple and notional, but it is also steadily updated and it provides the latest news and proposals!
Is there an operating manual?
Yes, there is. The PDF manual is available and downloadable.
How much does the shipment cost?
The shipment costs from Euro 18 to Euro 30, depending on the weight of the goods and the delivery place. You can get a cost preview from our Shopping Cart.
What are the shipping and delivery times?
The orders are generally shipped the day after the payment receipt, or the same day we receive the order in case of C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery). The delivery time by DHL Courier is 48/72 working hours.
Is it possible to pay cash to the Courier?
At the present time, the direct payment to the Courier is available only for Italy.
What happens if I’m not at home when the Courier comes over?
The courier will come over the first time and, if he doesn’t find anyone, he will leave a notification. The DHL Courier will come over other two times during the following days. Anyway, after receiving the notification, you have to call the phone number included in, it in order to agree on the delivery itself.
Is it possible to apply for deliveries by appointment?
This option is available only for Italy.
What are the terms of payment you accept?
We accept payments by Bank Transfer, Credit Cards, Paypal Credit Cards.
Payments by Postepay and C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery) are also available for Italy.
How can I do if I wish to replace a not-working product?
You have to give warning within five days from the parcel receipt, by e-mail. After convenient check, the product will be replaced without any increase on the final price.
What can I do if the parcel is damaged, or apparently tampered?
We suggest to conditionally accept the parcel.
Shall I ask for a delivery which is different from my place of residence?
Yes, it is. You have just to point it – while purchasing – in the space provided.
